Marque Olsen, Land Title Guarantee Company
Beginning as a Closing Assistant, Marque has been with Land Title for
seven years and has since worked her way up to the role of Closing Agent. Marque has
been in the real estate industry on the lending side for 17 years. She enjoys getting to
interact with clients and forge new, long lasting relationships as well as congratulating and
celebrating everyone at the end of each closing.
In her free time, Marque enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, hiking,
cooking and chasing her seven year old.
Anne Poggenpohl, First American Title Insurance Company
Anne started her career in title 37 years ago and since then, she has handled thousands of various escrow transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new constructions, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and refinances. She joined First American Title in 2014 to help open their Arvada office location. She has been responsible for hiring, training and managing the office employees.
Anne and her highly trained staff believe in always going “above and beyond” the call of duty to assure that each transaction closes in a timely manner and that clients are provided with quality service and a positive experience.
